EU Right of Withdrawal

Last Updated: June 2026

Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from certain purchases within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period generally expires fourteen (14) days after:

  • The day you receive physical goods; or
  • The date a service agreement is entered into, depending on the nature of the purchase.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a withdrawal request through our website or by contacting us and providing:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Your email address
  • A statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

After submission, we will provide confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

Effects of Withdrawal

If your withdrawal request is valid, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds may be reduced where permitted by law if goods have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital content once download or access has begun with your consent
  • Services that have already been fully performed
  • Products or services otherwise exempt under applicable law

Services and Digital Content

Where you request immediate access to digital content, consultations, coaching, inventory reviews, spiritual services, or other service-based offerings, you acknowledge that service performance may begin immediately following purchase.

This may affect or eliminate your withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
